Regency Creations , Moradabad This export facility project, situated in Niryat Nagar, Moradabad has a covered area of approx. 75000 sq. ft. It is an integrated complex consisting of a polishing and furnishing workshop for brass artwares in the basement, offices on the ground and mezzanine floor and a guest house on the first floor.
The building has unique architectural features and provides superior specifications. Adoption of a flat slab design,besides effecting economy has resulted in better floor - to - ceiling height. A special abrasion resistant & hard surface of flooring was achieved through the process of vacuum dewatering. The same technique was used in the roads and pavement around the building for the tremix paving.The work on this project commenced in April 99 and was completed in February 2001.

Parsvnath Developers Ltd., have been awarded a contract for the construction of 60 dwelling units in G+2 configuration. The work on this project commenced in May 1999.

Tulip Garden , Sushant Lok - III, Gurgaon These Deluxe residential flats are located in Ansal’s Sushant Lok III in G+2 configuration. With a total covered area of 36,000 sq.ft., these architecturally beautiful structures are designed with stone cladding in the front elevation. The project was completed in February, 2002.

Omsons Holiday Inn Pvt Ltd, Moradabad This 3 - Star Hotel Complex has been planned on 5 acre plot, in the midst of verdant surroundings, away from the pollution and noise of the city. Just 8 kms short of Moradabad on the National Highway No. 24, the hotel has a total covered area of 1,70,000 sqft.
