Parsvnath Estate Developers Private Limited (PEDPL) is one of the Subsidiary Companies of Parsvnath Developers Limited (PDL). The Company was incorporated in 2007 as Farhat Developers Private Limited and in 2010 the name was changed to Parsvnath Estate Developers Private Limited.

PEDPL is the Special Purpose Vehicle for the commercial exploitation of land admeasuring 19,530 sq. mt. (approx.) at Bhai Veer Singh Marg, Gole Market, New Delhi taken on license basis from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Limited (DMRC) with a concession period of 30 years and rehabilitation of additional adjoining land.

The Project of the Company is divided into two phases i.e. Phase I and Phase II. Having started the project in 2010, Phase I of the Project, which relates to commercial exploitation, was completed in March, 2015 as a state of the art modern Office-cum-Commercial Complex viz., “Red Fort Capital Parsvnath Tower”. The commercial complex has been sub-licensed to many renowned users like, State Bank of India, Axis Bank, Aditya Birla Group, Thomson Reuters India, ICICI Lombard, Regus and L’Oreal to name a few. Phase II of the project is under construction and is scheduled to be completed by June, 2016.
